All sales are final. Due to the handmade and original nature of the artwork, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is made.
However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable under any circumstances.
